Held at the Chinatown Food Street, the three-weekend Singapore food festival tie-up will officially launch with a gala dinner named “Mod-Local Noir”, held on 17 & 18 July 2015 (Friday and Saturday).

“Mod-Local Fest” Pop-Up Container Stall
Members of the public can also enjoy a selection of the original creations on 24th, 25th, 31st July and 1st August 2015 at Chinatown Food Street’s one-time only “Mod-Local Fest” Pop-Up Container Stall.
Specially constructed, the industrial containers will be converted to a creative food stall where diners can grab the Mod-Local dishes and enjoy it along the ample seating at Chinatown Food Street.
Deliciously Singaporean food exhibition in collaboration with the National Heritage Board
Learn about the history of Singapore’s hawker food scene through a specially curated exhibition that will be on display throughout the event duration.
