Having been in the business for more than 10 years, owner of Food Street Fried Kway Teow Mee returns with his family to Chinatown Food Street where he used to operate, offering his signature Char Kway Teow wok-fried with black sauce, fishcake, prawns and cockles.  Do you know that in the early days, Char Kway Teow was mostly sold by fishermen and farmers who doubled up as food peddlers at night to supplement their income; they used leftovers from meals to whip up this dish, hence its multiple ingredient mix.

拥有十几年经验的美食街炒粿条面从新返回振兴后的牛车水美食街营业,继续售卖他的招牌炒粿条面。据说早期的炒粿条面是由渔民和农民所售卖,是他们用来维持生计的另一份收入。今日的炒粿条面,材料包括黑酱油,鱼饼,虾和蚶。经过大火快炒,一盘热腾腾的炒粿条就能上桌了!
