Better known as “Orh Luak” to Singaporeans, Fried Oyster Omelette is a Chinese dish of Teochew origin. With more than 40 years of experience in cooking this dish, Katong Keah Kee Fried Oysters’ rendition of this teochew dish consist of starch and eggs that are slightly crispy on the outside, stir-fried with fresh plump oysters and paired exclusively with homemade chilli sauce. Be prepared for a long queue to savour this local delicacy.
